Workday Implementation
Emerald Consulting Group focuses on Workday as a cloud solution for business enablement. We provide project and program management services in the Workday ecosystem. Our Project Management (PM) team is made up of seasoned project managers with an average of twenty-five years of domain experience in such areas as Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials and Student Administration. Each of our project managers is Workday and PMP certified and has managed multiple Workday engagements end-to-end.
Workday Support
Our Managed Services organization provides support for live workday systems. Our managed services team is made up of project managers, Business Analysts, Integration Developers, Report Writers, and Change Management professionals.
Organizational Change Management
